Sharing is caring!
This is the final post in the Root Chakra Series, How to Heal the Root Chakra. Before diving into this post, please consider viewing the previous posts for preface root chakra information:
The root chakra emblem consists of a four-petalled lotus, also stylized as a circle of four petals and an arrow pointing downward. The downward-pointing triangle is a sign of the soul that interacts with reality, it is also the universal symbol for the “earth” element.
It is a symbol of settling within our earthly life. It is seen as the nucleus of our life force energy. When this essential energy is disrupted, our entire livelihood could feel unbalanced. Sometimes you may even experience physical symptoms such as lower back pain or a general restlessness.
The Root Chakra is the foundation from which the other chakras are built. Through opening Muladhara, you provide room for the chakras above to open and align. Whether you’re feeling unsettled or misaligned, perhaps you ought to pay attention to your Root Chakra. It’s important that the Root Chakra works correctly, so that the other chakras can as well.
Using the resources from this book and corresponding workbook, you can uncover some fundamental causes of Root Chakra imbalance. You can do a Chakra Check at any time. The journal prompts and written workshops will always be available to you to come back to again and again.
Through healing the Root Chakra, you will become assertive without becoming hostile. You will have an action plan. You will be inspired to continue moving forward. You will take care of your fundamental needs. And, you will be willing to let go of the things — and people — that no longer serve you.
Despite everything going on in the world right now, you have the power to tune up your Root Chakra and shift the energetic system of your life.
There are two options; wither or thrive. You are meant to thrive.
