You are allowed to feel however you feel. Your feelings. Your thoughts. Your experience. It is all valid. It is all allowed. Love does not need anything from you.
Love is just here to support, feel, and listen. Love is holding space. Love is not asking your to put on a brave face or “rise up” for your community. Love is just here.
Here and now. No expectations. No obligations.
How does that feel?
I’ve heard so many people ask for help with meditation and I am stepping up to answer that call. I have a voice in this area. My perspective has a purpose. I will hold space for you. I’m not asking you to put on a brave face. I’m just here.
To me, meditation is a source of heart-filled joy, inspiration, and deep inner connection. Touching base with universal wisdom on a daily basis is a necessary part of life, kind of like brushing my teeth.
It’s second nature. I notice when I don’t practice. You wouldn’t go a full day without brushing your teeth, would you??
This perspective has shifted my practice. There’s no need to sit for hours at a time. Unless, you want to. You have permission to keep it simple. Just, keep a daily practice. Be consistent. How can you do that?
Commit to it! Every couple weeks, check in with yourself to make sure your intentions are still clear and valid in your mind’s eye. Remember, there’s no obligation but to yourself. There is no one expecting anything from you. You are the master of your own sails.
One way to do this is by linking up with the lunar cycles. With my live lunar yoga classes, you get the chance to recommit to your practice in an authentic, fun, and physical way.
Remember that Letter from Love. There are no expectations, standards or deadlines put on your self-care. Your mental health matters. Brush your teeth.

+ empower others through genuine love and support
+ never weight your mind with the inner critic
+ stand up for yourself and speak your truth
